I try to capture always the wholeness of a scene, in the sense that every element should be positioned in its right place. I was waiting for a figure and this lady came into the scene. While taking this picture, I had such a strange sensation that everything happens as written in the destiny. And this picture gave me the idea that a piece of photography can make people moved really. This piece had been exposed for a week in a open air exhibition in the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II of Milan. I was present around my exposed picture and a lot of people came to me talking about their stories related to the scene of my piece. For example, someone told me how he loved Milan especially the place i captured. And another one loved the autumn color of Milan which I captured. After the exhibition week, I came to know that I won the special jury prize of the concourse. But strangely it was not important as much as those conversations, those real heartfelt communications I had with them. In a few words, this experience changed my life and thanks to that I continue believing strongly in the power of photography.
